The Bug Blaster, Inc. is looking for a part time office assistant. We need help weekdays during our office hours. This is a great opportunity to work for a fast paced, fun company.
Ideal candidates will have good communication skills as well as computer and organization skills.
• Maintain customer database with accurate information
• Enter customer appointments in our business software
• Post payments to customer accounts
• Place follow-up calls to customers
• Issue monthly customer statements
• Maintain office needs and supplies
• Send out customer mailings/advertisements
• File customer service agreements
• Provide back-up and assistance to office manager and finance manager.
